Program Benchmarking Dashboard

The Program Benchmarking Dashboard helps you plan for your short and long-term program goals by comparing your participation data to that of other companies. There are five key areas where we collect participation data, which we'll go over in more detail below. You'll also find a section on best practices that you can use to gain insights on how to grow your program.

You can find the dashboard in the Stock Reporting folder of your repository.

Compare your participation rates to similar companies

The dashboard allows you to compare your participation results against a benchmark group of other similar-sized organizations who are using Benevity for giving, volunteering and Missions. These comparisons will allow you to see where you are outperforming the benchmark group as well as areas of opportunity to grow your program.

The dashboard also includes an additional filter that you can use to compare your participation results against companies in different industries who are using Benevity for giving, volunteering and Missions.

Available participation rates

There are five areas for tracking your participation rates. All of the rates are in percentages. All of the categories, except for Missions Participation, will show as monthly data.

Select different company sizes to compare against

You can adjust your benchmark by selecting different company size groups, located on the left side menu. Choose as many company sizes as you want, then select Apply. The dashboard will update with your new benchmark.

For example, if your organization has grown in size and is currently larger than your default benchmark group, you'll be able to set your filter to a larger benchmark group to compare your program to organizations of a similar, larger size.

Export the dashboard

Export your dashboard into a variety of formats, such as PDF, CSV and PPT. This can come in handy when you want to share the results with your stakeholders and teams who don't have access to Benevity Reporting.
