If you are already logged in to Reporting Studio, you can reset your password in your account. If you cannot log in, follow these steps.
Generating a password reset link
- Go to Reporting Studio and select Authenticate

Enter your email address and select Continue.
- Select Reset password
- Check that your email address is correct, then select Get Password Reset Link.
Check your email
Go to your inbox and find the password reset email. For reference, the subject is Reset your password and it will be from Reporting Studio <no-reply@auth0user.net>.
If you receive this email right away, check your spam or junk folder. You may need to connect with your internal IT department to ensure no-reply@auth0user.net is added to your Safe Senders list.
For further support, contact the support team. Note that the support team cannot change account passwords or generate password reset links.
