To get access to the Reporting Studio, a change signatory must request account setup by contacting the Client Technical Support (CTS) team through the submission form.
Once the request is processed, Benevity creates an account for you and you'll receive an invite to join by email.
Step 1: Activate and authenticate your account
Select Activate Your Account in the invitation email to open the Reporting Studio. Select Authenticate.
If you do not see the invitation email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder (it may have been filtered there).
If you still cannot find it, not to worry! You can access the Reporting Studio directly by selecting this link to Reporting Studio and continuing with the authentication steps below.
Step 2: Provide your email address
Enter your email address and select Continue.
Step 3: Reset your password
You’ll be prompted to enter a password. As you have not yet created a password, select Reset password.
Enter your Email address and select Continue. You'll receive an email to reset your password.
Go to your inbox and locate the reset password email. Select Confirm to confirm that you want to change your password and open the Reset Password page.
Enter your new password and select Reset password.
Step 4: Log in
Log in to the Reporting Studio! Follow steps 1-3 to log in.
