System-generated emails

We want to keep you and your employees informed of activity on the platform. The tables below outline the different types of notifications that we might send you or your employees and customization options.

Your Implementation Consultant can help to disable or configure certain notifications during implementation. If you have already launched and require a change to one of your site’s notification settings, you can reach out to the Client Technical Support team. 

Admin communication emails

The email may be queued if there are lots to go out so could take a few hours if there are thousands to send. This is also the email that is sent when the benevity-regenerate-passwords drush is used to reset user passwords.
