Request details can be exported to .csv or .pdf. To export a subset of requests, filter requests and then select the checkbox to the left of a request row to include it in your export file. If you don't select any requests, the export will include all requests that meet the current filter criteria.
To export data, select the Export dropdown above the search results table and choose the data and format to download. Downloads can take several minutes for large datasets.

Grant requests
Choose which date to include in your export from the dropdown below each category.
Saving grant request filters
For Grant request data, you can name the set of filters to reuse them in the future:
- Choose your data and select Save Filters
- Enter the Filter name
- Choose the Viewer of the filter set
- Private - Only you can see this filter
- Public - Everyone can see this filter
- Select Save Filter
A saved filter appears in the Saved Filters dropdown. Select the filter name to view the associated data and update the filter. The following options are in the three-dot menu next to the filter name:
- If you've added or removed data from the filter selections, select Save to update the current filter or Save as to create and save a new name for the selected filters.
- Choose Edit to update the name or viewers of the current filter.
- Choose Delete to remove the filter from saved filters.
A filter can only be updated, edited or deleted by the user who created it.

Select one of the following options to download a predefined dataset immediately.

Includes data on budget, currency, payment amount, payment method, payment date, and more. -

Includes data on who completed the review, review type, review score, comments, and more. -
In-kind payments:
Includes data on the type of in-kind items, quantity of items, unit values, total value, and more.
