Finding payments and distributions

This article describes the default behaviour of a highly configurable system. Your granting program may appear or behave differently depending on user permissions and custom configurations. If you do not appear to have access to everything you need, use the Help > Request Help link to request additional permissions.

You can search through all payments and distributions in your program by going to the Budgets & Payments module located in the top navigation bar and filtering results to find the items you need.

Finding payments

Select the Payments module to filter and view all payments that are added to proposals in your program.

Payments are organized by the mailbox the associated proposal is assigned to. Mailboxes are displayed on the left navigation bar and you can select a mailbox to browse and filter payments. If you select a mailbox and navigate away from that page, you will be in the same mailbox when you next open the Payments module.

You can also filter payments by:

  • Payment Status (filter in the left navigation bar)
  • Date created
  • Payment date
  • Due date
  • Sent to Benevity
  • Payment document #
  • Payment type
  • Payment method
  • Integration status
  • Foundation

Set your filters and select Apply to refresh the results table. The payment Summary shows the total of payments in each status based on your filtered results.

You can Export payment data using various document templates or Refresh results to see the latest payment data.

Finding distributions

Select the Distributions module to filter and view all distributions that are added to payments in your program.

Distributions are organized by Budget Groups, which are displayed on the left navigation bar. Select a budget group to browse and filter distributions in that group. If you select a budget group and navigate away from that page, you will be in the same budget group when you next open the Distributions module.

You can also filter distributions by:

  • Fiscal Year (filter in the left navigation bar)
  • Payment Status (filter in the left navigation bar)
  • Date created
  • Payment date
  • Due date
  • Payment ID
  • Payment document #
  • Budget
  • Payment code
  • Payment type
  • Payment method
  • Integration status

Set your filters and select Apply to refresh the results table. The distributions Summary shows the total of distributions in each status based on your filtered results.

You can Export distribution data using various document templates or Refresh results to see the latest distribution data.
