Program and Risk Management
Reporting tags in Reporting Studio
You can now use reporting tags within your Looks and dashboards within Reporting Studio. These tags are designed to enhance organization, making it easier to group, filter and manage your program data effectively.
Approval extensions for year end external match requests
Approval extensions allow approval on backdated external match requests against last year’s budget — no rollbacks required. You can now set an approval extension period of up to 90 days to beat the year end rush.
Grants Management
Self-serve basic user management in Grants Advanced (Versaic)
You can now efficiently manage user access yourself by viewing user details, enabling/disabling accounts, triggering password resets, and exporting a full user list for auditing—all without contacting our support team.
Direct forms page navigation for Grants Advanced (Versaic)
We've improved navigation for long forms. You can now quickly jump to any specific section of a form by clicking on the page name at the top of the screen. This enhancement eliminates unnecessary scrolling and makes completing complex applications much faster.

Employee Group leaders will have enhanced tools to streamline event management and improve the attendee experience with new capacity limits, waitlist functionality and sign up controls.

Data Export API for Grants Advanced (Versaic), Donate and Volunteer
The new Data Export API allows you to pull your CSR program data directly into your Business Intelligence tools — in structured JSON or CSV formats. Get the insights you need to measure impact and gain a holistic view of your initiatives.

Volunteer track time submission updates
We’re updating the time submission page to load faster for programs that have large amounts of historical submissions.
User interface and catalog opportunity enhancements in volunteering catalog
We're updating the Coordinate Volunteering and Opportunity Details pages with a new, modern user interface for improved information and filter accessibility. Additionally, you can now configure catalog opportunities when adding them to your company catalog - allowing you to set event descriptors, reporting tags, and rewards at the catalog level.
Nonprofit Experience
Streamlined grant application management for nonprofits
The new grant application management dashboard in the Causes Portal, gives your nonprofit partners a single, centralized place to track the status of all their grant applications - giving greater transparency, reduces administrative effort and helps get your funding to work in the community faster.
