Sharing your nonprofit nomination form

Make it easy for employees and other stakeholders to nominate nonprofits for grants by sharing a direct link to your nomination form. Providing this link lets others access the form directly, encouraging participation and engagement in your granting program.

Permissions

To share the nomination form, users need relevant permissions in the Invitation group set to Can.

Sharing your nomination form

Once have set up your nomination form, you can share a direct URL so that others can find it:

  1. Navigate to your nomination form using the URL provided by Benevity.
  2. Open the Actions dropdown and select Share a blank application.
  3. Copy the link and share it through email, chat, internal wiki, or any other method you prefer.

Anyone with access to this URL can complete and submit the nomination form. Upon submission, the nominator receives an email confirming that their nomination has been received and is pending review.
