Grant administrators can edit submitted nominations, correcting any mistakes and ensuring the accuracy of the information.
Permissions
To edit submitted nomination forms, set the User can edit a nomination? permission in the Invitation group to Can.
Editing a nomination
You can edit a nomination by following these steps:
- Go to Invitations at the top of the page and select the Nominated filter to view nominations.
- Open a nomination and select Nomination under the Details tab.
- Select the Actions dropdown menu next to the nomination you want to update and choose Edit.
- Modify the nomination answers. Text fields are directly editable and data grid entries are updated by selecting Edit on the relevant row and Save once you’ve made changes.
- Select Save to confirm all changes to the nomination.
The updated information is visible to other administrators. You can review your edits by selecting View from the Actions dropdown menu of the nomination.
