There are two options for signing in to your Community Investment account: Single sign-on (SSO) or with a username and password.
Signing in with SSO
- Open your Community Investment platform. If you don't know the link, ask your Client Success Manager for help.
- Select Click to log in using single sign-on. That's it!
Don't have SSO? Contact your Client Success Manager and they'll help you turn it on!
Signing in with username and password
If you're signing in for the first time, you'll need to first reset your password.
- Open your Community Investment platform. If you don't know the link, ask your Client Success Manager for help.
- Select Sign in with a login and password.
- Enter your username (the email address linked to your account).
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign in.
Resetting your password
- Open your Community Investment platform.
- Select Sign in with a login and password.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and select Send Password Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for the reset password email.
- Once you have reset your password, go back to the portal and select Back to login.
