The My Impact section on the user Dashboard displays a summary of engagement over the course of the year. Engagement metrics include the amount donated, hours volunteered, and Missions activities completed.
By default, impact tracking follows the calendar year. If your program operates on a custom fiscal year, you can modify the dates and adjust the tracking period.
To establish your own fiscal year:
- Log in to your program.
- Go to Manage > Site Settings > Fiscal Year.
- Select Custom Fiscal Year.

Choose the start month and date of your fiscal year. The end date is automatically set to one year from the start date.
- Select Save Changes.
Your custom fiscal year is now set. Go to your dashboard to see the new dates under My Impact.
