Scheduling challenges gives you control over when they become available to employees and when they are removed from view. Whether a challenge is new, in draft, archived, or already published, you can set or adjust its schedule to align with your company's initiatives. This helps keep the challenge catalog relevant, organized, and free from outdated content.

Once scheduled, the challenge appears in your list with the chosen duration.
