Removing challenges from your catalog

You can remove or archive challenges in your catalog at any time and they will no longer appear for people in your program.

Permissions

Administrators with the challenges admin role can remove challenges from your catalog.

Removing a challenge from your catalog

To remove a challenge from your program catalog: 

  1. Go to Manage > Challenges
  2. Select your program Catalog tab
  3. Locate the challenge you want to remove 
  4. Select the three-dot Action menu and you’ll see one of the following options:
    1. Remove from Catalog if the author is Benevity. The challenge will still be available in the Benevity Catalog to be reassigned. 
    2. Archive if the author is your company. You can filter on Status to find archived challenges. Employees cannot discover archived challenges, however, they can complete them if they have already joined the challenge.
