This article describes the default behaviour of a highly configurable system. Your granting program may appear or behave differently depending on user permissions and custom configurations. If you do not appear to have access to everything you need, use the Help > Request Help link to request additional permissions.
It's essential to ensure the correct organization is associated with each proposal. If the organization linked to a proposal is incorrect, you can change it to another existing profile or create a new one that is automatically linked.
To change the organization to another existing profile:
- Go to the Organization tab of a proposal.
- Hover over Actions and select Change Organization.
- Search for and select the correct organization for the proposal.
The updated organization is now linked to the proposal.
To change the organization to a new profile that you want to create, select Actions > Create New Organization. Learn more about creating a new organization.
