This article describes the default behaviour of a highly configurable system. Your granting program may appear or behave differently depending on user permissions and custom configurations. If you do not appear to have access to everything you need, use the Help > Request Help link to request additional permissions.
The Trash or Archive actions are used to manage old proposals or those in error.
- The Trash is intended for proposals you do not need to interact with further.
- The Archive allows you to continue using reporting tools on proposals relocated to the archive.
To add a proposal to the trash or archive it, open a proposal and follow these steps:
- To trash, hover over More Actions > Add to Trash.
- To archive, hover over More Actions > Add to Archive.
It is recommended that you complete or cancel any workflows or tasks before moving a proposal to the Archive or Trash.
The proposal is removed from your active proposal list and moved under the Trash or Archive tab (often configured under the “Dashboards” dropdown tab).
