Benevity Affinity Groups is the “one-stop shop” to manage employee-led groups, including employee resource groups, business resource groups, affinity groups, interest groups, and others.
As a group leader, you have the opportunity to create a space that is welcoming and engaging for members to participate in. You are the ‘owner’ of a group space and oversee the frequency and variety of content. Every group has at least one group leader, so you may share these responsibilities with others.
You also have access to the group leader dashboard, where you can create content and events, manage members, and report on group member engagement. Group leaders can only manage the groups they are leaders of.
