Welcome to your new home for data and insights! Now that we’ve moved your reports to Reporting Studio (RS), you have access to a more modern, faster, and more intuitive reporting environment.
While your core reporting data remains the same, Reporting Studio introduces new features and a different way of interacting with your metrics. This guide will help you navigate your new space, locate your migrated reports, and understand the key differences between the legacy system and the new platform.
What is Reporting Studio?
Reporting Studio is Benevity’s next-generation reporting and data visualization platform, designed to transform how you measure, analyze, and showcase the success of your social programs. With powerful insights, stunning visual dashboards, and automated reporting, it empowers you to tell compelling stories that resonate with your stakeholders.
Here's how it elevates your experience:
- Dynamic and interactive reporting: Drill down into data with advanced filters and groupings.
- All-in-one view: Easily analyze performance across all initiatives in one integrated platform
- Seamless sharing: Save time with scheduled, automated report delivery to stakeholders.
Are my Benevity Reporting reports in Reporting Studio?
We’ve migrated your ad-hoc reports accessed within the last 12 months.
Find them here: Folders > Shared folders > Tenant > [your company name]
What should I do first after migration?
- Log in to Reporting Studio
- Review your migrated reports
- Understand key differences between Reporting Studio and Benevity Reporting
- Adjust migrated reports or create new data visualizations
Can I still access Benevity Reporting (BR)?
BR will remain accessible for 90 days post-migration during the transition as you explore RS. If your BR site is marked MIGRATED, we strongly recommend you start using Reporting Studio. Any new reports created in BR after migration will not be migrated into RS.
