  • We are looking forward to connecting with all of you tomorrow. Below is a summary of three free SAP offerings that your organization can use immediately. Not only are they available at no cost, but they are also available instantly:

    • RUUM: A lightweight project management and collaboration tool to optimize processes, Ruum has created two custom checklist templates, adapted from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help businesses and individuals plan, prepare and respond to COVID-19. These custom templates can be easily used by businesses, nonprofits, families, individuals or anyone who needs a starting point to create a plan. To access these templates for free, please visit the site here.
    • Qualtrics: Remote Work Pulse helps organizations understand how their employees are doing and what support they need as they adapt to new work environments, helping organizations close experience gaps and maintain business continuity. In just four days, thousands of organizations have signed up for this free Experience Management (XM) Solution. It is the first of several free XM Solutions that will be rolled out in the coming days. Please reach out to your Qualtrics Account Executives to coordinate communications.
    • SAP LITMOS: To help support businesses that are having to work remotely, SAP Litmos is offering a completely free Remote Readiness & Effectivity Academy, with training content for anyone, anytime, anywhere. The ready-to-watch video-based courses are designed to help establish best practices for remote work, maintain the highest levels of hygiene and mental wellness for workers, and develop leadership during times of change and challenge.

Your company has a free offering too? Share them here and comment below.

  • When offices closed due to COVID-19, Adobe launched a Create Change from Home mission to help keep employees engaged while working from home. We included activities to support nonprofits, wellbeing, sustainability, and creativity all from the comfort of home. We have also launched several virtual volunteer and pro bono projects where employees can continue to support causes they are passionate about.

We are also supporting direct relief efforts through direct donations, a 2:1 matching grants campaign, and making working from home easier through greater access to Adobe products
