Report views and filters

There are four report views:

  • Overall Participation: Overall participation rate, amount donated, number of volunteer hours tracked and Missions activities completed.
  • Volunteering: Volunteer participation rate, number of volunteers, total volunteer hours and volunteer opportunities.
  • Giving: Donation participation rate, number of donors, total donation amount and number of causes supported.
  • Missions: Missions participation rate, number of participants, and total activities completed. Learn more about the Missions feature.

Please note that only users with access to a given feature will see the corresponding tab for that feature. For example, if a user is on "Volunteer Only" mode, they will not see the "Giving" tab, nor mentions of donations on the "Overall participation" tab. Or if a site doesn't have "Missions" enabled, no users will see a "Missions" tab, nor mentions of Missions on the "Overall participation" tab.

All views contain the same filters

  • Group Type: select any data grouping (if configured by a program administrator).
  • Start date / end date: filter impact over a specific time period.
