Your grantees have submitted their responses to your survey. Now you can view the info within the grants site, or you can export the survey responses as a PDF or CSV.
Export as a PDF
- Open the request and go to the Follow-up tab.
- Find the completed survey in the list and select Actions > View response.
- Scroll down to view the survey responses within the Follow-up tab.
- To export the response, select Export as PDF.
Export as a CSV
You can export a CSV spreadsheet of grants requests with outstanding survey responses, or requests with submitted responses.
- Go to Tools > Advanced Search.
- Choose between the options listed under the Follow-up surveys and Follow-up responses dropdowns.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Search.
- The list of requests that match your search results will show. To export the list as a CSV, select Export > Surveys.
