Enabling or disabling the Benevity app

To enable or disable the app, your Spark role must be Site Settings Manager or Role Manager. Learn more about assigning user roles in Spark.

Enable the app

1. From your Spark admin dashboard, select Manage.
2. Go to Site Settings > Manage Mobile App.
3. Select Enable App.

Disable the app

When you disable the app, all users from your organization will lose sign in access. You can always enable the app again in the future.

1. From your Spark admin dashboard, select Manage.
2. Go to Site Settings > Manage Mobile App.
3. Select Disable App.
4. Confirm that you want to proceed.
