Approve or decline a request

You will decide who can approve or decline a request when you create the roles and permissions for your program. Then you can assign specific people to the grant request as a reviewer. For more info on roles, check out the request owner and assignee overview.

If you have emails set to pull request amounts or in-kind items

If you have emails set up to pull request amounts or in-kind items, you must add a payment line before you approve a request.

If you don't add the payment line, the approval email will populate with $0 or no in-kind items. The payment line will remain editable and stay as unprocessed, as the payment process can’t begin until the request has been approved.

How to approve or decline a request

  1. Open the request.
  2. Go to the Admin tab.
  3. Select the Edit button.
