What to expect
When you log in to the B-hive, Genie will be here waiting to provide you with quick, accurate information. As the newest generative AI bot in our support bot family, they’re joining Georgie, who supports our nonprofit partners, and Grace, who’s there for your employees.
Why is Benevity making this improvement?
Running a social impact program can be time-consuming and we’re committed to launching features and functionality that boost your efficiency and reduce your admin time. You can already search the B-Hive for information and resources 24/7, but with Genie, you’ll get answers to everyday questions more quickly and easily.
What do I need to do or know?
It’s easy to activate Genie to answer your everyday questions.
- When you’re logged into the B-hive, you’ll see “Genie” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen with the welcome message, “Hi! Welcome to the B-Hive. I’m here to help you get answers, direct you to resources and do what I can to make your job a whole lot easier. Ask away!”
- Select the Genie icon and type your question in the box. For example, “What are some tips for securing a budget for our ERG program?” Or “Where can I find the Pride Month content kit?”
- Hit ‘Submit’ and Genie will reply!
Next time you need answers fast, give Genie a chance! They answer your questions using content directly from our existing help articles, so you know you’re getting the best info. And since they’re built using AI, they get better at their job the more they help our clients — win/win!
