Benevity is expanding its capabilities with a new team in Sri Lanka

To accelerate its development capabilities and technical services, Benevity is adding a dedicated team in Sri Lanka that will be set up as a new subprocessor of personal information. This new team will be hired in collaboration with IGT I Outsourcing Lanka (Private) Limited (“IGT”), an affiliate of IFS.

IGT will be granted access to specific Benevity systems that may hold client data. No data will be hosted or stored with IGT, and Benevity will implement technical security measures to ensure client data remains within Benevity’s secure environments.

IGT’s processing activities  include:

Software development: Generally, no client data or personal information will be accessed for these services. In rare cases where access to databases containing client data or personal information is required, access will require an approved work ticket and only be provisioned on a temporary timed basis.

Technical support: IGT personnel may have access to the following categories of personal information via their access to Benevity’s systems to support client technical requests:

  • Basic personal and business contact information
  • Employment information
  • Transactional information
  • Technical systems information

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this new subprocessor, please contact your Client Success Team or our privacy team at privacy@benevity.com
