Spark user roles are special permissions that allow users to manage parts of their employee engagement program. For example, some users might have the ability to create and publish volunteer opportunities, while others might be tasked with approving volunteer time. You get to pick and choose which combination of Spark roles each person has. This can be custom per person.
Choosing who gets which Spark roles can be overwhelming, and so to make this a little easier, we've prepared recommended combinations of Spark roles that suit the roles most commonly part of our clients' employee engagement programs. These suggested profiles offer a good starting point for a new program in Spark.
Read below to see which Spark roles make up each profile.
