Benevity commencing AI proof-of-concept to provide even more efficient client support

We are pleased to announce that Benevity is launching a proof-of-concept project utilizing AI to enhance the efficiency of our Client Technical Support team and the way we triage support requests. We are currently evaluating AI powered solutions through Zendesk and Labelf AI, to determine the optimal solution for categorizing and managing incoming client requests. The proof-of-concept project will run between November and December of this year.
